you mean graph all the curves?
OpenStudy (trisarahtops):
yes I did

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
you should get this
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
the region you want is in purple

the antiderivative of arcsine is a bit of a pain to deal with
but you can do this
y = arcsin(x/6)
sin(y) = x/6
x = 6*sin(y)
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
the antiderivative of sine is much easier to deal with compared to arcsine. So I'd use that trick above and then integrate with respect to y
OpenStudy (trisarahtops):
so i integrate 6*sin(y)??
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
you would need to compute
\[\Large \int_{0}^{\pi/2}\left[6 - 6*\sin(y)\right]dy\]
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
The reason for the subtraction is we want to kick out the light blue region

i got 3(pi-2)
OpenStudy (trisarahtops):
is this right
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
yes or 3pi-6
OpenStudy (trisarahtops):
are there any futher steps?
jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):
nope

btw this is what everything looks like when you swap x and y. You'll have things reflect
