A 3,500 kg truck accelerates uniformly from 15.00 m/s to 35.00 m/s east. During this acceleration, the track travels 187 m. What is the net force acting on the car during this acceleration.

Use one of the equations of motion to find acceleration. Then use net force = ma.
What confuses me is how to deal with the 2 accelerations.
Should I just go, F1=ma1 and F2=ma2 then F1 + F2 = Fnet?
a is accelerate and it is = \(V_2-V_1\)
There is one acceleration. Two velocities are given. So is displacement. Use them and the v^2 equation to find acceleration.
