True or False questions: Gas mixtures behave the same as individual gases do. Individual gases behave independently of a mixture. Individual gases contribute to the pressure of a mixture. The terms "diffusion" and "effusion" both describe movement of gas molecules from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration.

@sleepyjess @Nnesha

OpenStudy (aussiebabe23):

i believe they are f f t f

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

@Ashes.boom ANy ideas?

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):

first one is false i think second one sounds true third one is true and im gonna double check the last one before i give an answer.

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):

last one is false: Diffusion is faster at higher temperatures because the gas molecules have greater kinetic energy. Effusion refers to the movement of gas particles through a small hole

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):

did that help at all @LorenBeech ?

OpenStudy (lorenbeech):

Yes thank you :) @Ashes.boom

OpenStudy (ashes.boom):

No problem :)
