OpenStudy (parj95):

Determine the number of grams of Potassium Iodate present in 11.1 g of a 0.221 m (molality) Potassium Iodate solution.

OpenStudy (parj95):

So far this is what I have tried. 11.1g *1kg/1000g = 0.0111 kg 0.221 moles/kg *0.0111kg = 0.0024531 moles 0.0024531 moles * 214g/mole = 0.5249634. It is saying that my answer is incorrect

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

sig figs maybe?

OpenStudy (parj95):

@Vocaloid I used 0.525 as my answer and it told me that i was incorrect by less than 10%
