OpenStudy (parj95):

Which of the following aqueous solutions has the highest osmotic pressure (assume that the density of each solution is the same)? A) 0.200 M HCl B) 0.650 M H2O2 C) 0.250 M NaF D) 0.150 M FeCl3

OpenStudy (habbababba1):

Natural selection's role in the evolution of species is like the role of the pruning shears in the shaping of topiary animals. The bush grows out all over just as mutations occur for all kinds of different variation among the individuals of the species. The pruning shears clip out those portions of the bush that don't fit into the shape of the animal, just as natural selection clips out those mutations that are poorly adapted to the environment. The parts of the bush that aren't clipped continue to grow so as to fill out the shape of the animal. Similarly, those mutations that aren't clipped increase their representation in the population, and thereby combine and build on each other to increase the adaptation of the population to the environment and to its ecological niche.

^ I have no idea why they posted that, it has nothing to do with the original question

OpenStudy (priyar):

Do you know how to find osmotic pressure?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

anyway, for this problem, you want to multiply number of particles * molarity

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

whichever compound gives you the highest number will also have the highest osmotic pressure

OpenStudy (priyar):

@habbababba1 please don't post unrelated stuff.

OpenStudy (priyar):

@Parj95 understood how to solve?
