The equilibrium constant for any reaction A + B -> C + D is given by: \[k _{eq}=\frac{ [C][D] }{ [A][B] }\]
Also remember that in the expression for an equilibrium constant the concentration of a solid is not included since their concentrations vary negligibly compared to liquids and gases.
