OpenStudy (luhbanga):

Which compound is a nonelectrolyte?

OpenStudy (amtran_bus):

Does not break up into individual particles. Example: NaCl is an electrolyte because in water (aq soln') it becomes Na+ and Cl- (ionic) C2H6O is a non electrolyte because it is covalent and does not break up. Also, weak acids and bases are non electrolytes.
