since the radius went from 18 to 13 the radius decreased by a factor of 13/18 then the new hight decreased as well by 13/18 so they want the ratio of pot a to pot b so V1:V2 so then i did 18^2:13^3/18 so h/18=x/3 solving for x gives 3/18 and then i got area measure a^2:b^2 volume measure is a^3:b^3
