First find the heat absorbed by dissolving the KCl using the number of moles and the molar heat of solution.

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

Then use that heat in the equation q=mcdeltaT with the idea that the heat absorbed by the KCl had to come from the only the water.

And solve for delta T.
