It's benzene. The circle inside the hexagon symbolizes alternating double bonds - it is an older representation of benzene (called the \(\sf Kekule\) structure), and that there is resonance around the ring. The real picture is closer to this structure though, as bond lengths have been measured between different carbons around the ring, each bond having the same length intermediate between double and single bonds - signifying that the 6 electrons are shared equally around the carbons in the ring.
I think the shared bond is called a 'delocalised pi bond'.
