OpenStudy (mukul123):

What is the equivalent weight of Tricalcium Phosphate? How do you calculate it? Is it same as in the case of : -Ammonium Sulphate -Magnesium Chloride -Potassium Nitrate?

OpenStudy (mww):

Write the formula Ca3(PO4)2 Calculate the molar mass by adding the atomic masses of each component (found on periodic table). The formula tells you that you have 3 Ca, and 2 PO4 ions, with each PO4 made up of 1 P and 4 O. So add up these masses, and If you do it properly you should find the molar mass to be 310.17 g·mol−1. do similar calculations for the others.
