I NEED @kittiwitti1 to explain these!
chromatography sublimation distillation precipitation
... Blegh
yeah
google is your frand ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ
lol yeah
Or brb and let me do math lol
Which of the following is NOT a method used to physically separate components in a mixture? chromatography sublimation distillation precipitation
I think its A.
@kittiwitti1, are you ready to help me?
Ergh
I DON'T KNOW THIS ONE *hijacks Google*
ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ
lol
@jhonyy9, can you tell me what these are: chromatography sublimation distillation precipitation
step 1. what is chromatography? sublimation? distillation? precipitation? As in, what do they do? step 2. which is not a physical method?
Yes, bit idk what chromatography, sublimation, distillation and precipitation are! Please explain!
Definition of chromatography : a process in which a chemical mixture carried by a liquid or gas is separated into components as a result of differential distribution of the solutes as they flow around or over a stationary liquid or solid phase
Chromatography is using filter paper, and the lighter materials will migrate higher up the paper when they are absorbed into the paper. I think. Sublimation is the process of going from solid to gas without the liquid phase. Distillation is ... a filtration method. IDK GOOGLE IT ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ Precipitation is when you get a precipitate in a chemical compound via reaction. (Precipitates are solid)
I think distillation has something to do with putting water in
Okay thanks Kitti, and Jhonny!
I have another question coming.
Check your PMs, @NvidiaIntely
& his name is jhonyy not jhonny lol
