Since it is only allowed to have from 10 to 30 miles then it would be D But the question is messed up I can assure you. The domain means x values and x intercept here are supposed to be time in hrs not miles.
the domain of Rosco is going to to be from 10 to 30, to match his least and greatest times. time an only be positive so his domain would have to be a real number, not an integer.
