EASY LOG MATH QUESTION? FAN AND MEDAL!!!

OpenStudy (mmannan1):

Solve the logarithmic equation algebraically. Approximate the result to three decimal places. log(7z) = 4 Step 1 Rewrite the equation using the Inverse Property of logarithms. log(7z) = 4 7z = log(4) 10^7z = 104 10^log(7z) = 104 10^7log(z) = 104 Incorrect: Your answer is incorrect.

A AND B IS WRONG

OpenStudy (mmannan1):

its either C, D or E

OpenStudy (amorfide):

I assume log means log base 10 so the inverse of a log is doing the base raised to the power of what you have for example |dw:1478452778533:dw| so since you are using base 10 do the base raised to the power of everything on both sides so 10^log(7z)=10^4 7z=10^4
