CO2 + 2LiOH mc011-1.jpg Li2CO3 + H2O The molar mass CO2 is 44.01 g/mol. How many moles of LiOH are needed to react completely with 25.5 g of CO2?

OpenStudy (angel.candy):

I'm using an equation with CO₂ and LiOH in it as an example. Use this setup and replace with the values in your equation. LiOH + CO₂ = LiCO₃ + H₂O 25.5g CO₂ x 1 mole CO₂ x 1 mole LiOH = 0.58 mole LiOH 44.01g CO₂ 1 mole CO₂ ^ you get these coefficients from the equation
