They are referring to Amp Hours. I am not familiar with the term "charge carriers" perhaps @IrishBoy123 will explain exactly what "charge carriers" are so we can all be enlightened.

Current is the amount of current that passes etc etc is circular. Current is measured in Amps. From Wiki: "The ampere is equivalent to one coulomb (roughly 6.241×1018 times the elementary charge) per second". @bugman954 ELECTRONS are charge carriers. They carry the CHARGE ON THE ELECTRON. -1.6^-19 Coulombs. (minus) Protons are ALSO charge carriers. They carry +1.6^-19 Coulombs Ions are charge carriers. May be that mu mesons are charge carriers though I'd have to check that. Alpha particles (HELIUM NUCLEI) are charge carriers @IrishBoy123
