yeah you had the right idea the first time, more Oxygens --> more electronegative --> weaker OH bond --> easier to deprotonate --> more acidic

Sorry to bug you, so if there is always more oxygen, would it be the stronger acid? Or would it depend on the lewis structure

Vocaloid:

in this case we have the same halogen (Br) so given all other factors are the same, increasing the oxygen count generally increases the acidity
