Gdeinward:

What do you need to figure out?

Gdeinward:

Fluorescamine is highly fluorescent when it reacts with primary amines. Amino acids contain an amine group so the result is a highly fluorescent product

Gdeinward:

Fluorescamine, when put in an alkaline ph solution with an amino acid, creates Fluorescamine derivatize amino acid. This website has more info about it https://www.researchgate.net/post/What_is_the_reaction_mechanism_between_fluorescamine_and_primary_amines perhaps you've checked it out already. However, the exact processes are quite foreign and technical. Nonetheless you can kind of make some guesses and observations in your illustration but I figure you have already gone that far.
