Demnselensky:

Ethylene glycol (antifreeze) has a density of 1.11 g/cm3. What is the volume in liters of 3.46 kg of ethylene glycol?

Mercury:

density = mass/volume therefore, volume = density/mass however, there's a step we have to do first: since the density units are in g/cm3, and the mass units are in kg, we have to convert mass to g. simply multiply the mass by 1000g/kg to get it in g. from there, plug density and mass, and evaluate volume.
