so than i know it right than you see on the right part there are C5H5 time 2 what mean from C there are 10 and from H there are10 too but on the lef part from C are 5 and H are just 5 too so to get them in equilibru you need multiplie on the left part by 2 and in this way will get from C and H on the lafdt part 10 - 10 and on the right part there are 10 - 10 of C and H too so in case of Fe so there are 1 and 1 on the every parts hope helped understandably @XioGonz
