What is the other isotope of Boron that exist in nature (meaning its % abundance is not zero)? and what is its % abundance? a Boron-10, its abundance is around 20% b Boron-10, its abundance is around 40% c Boron-13, its abundance is around 60% d Boron-9, its abundance is around 80% e Boron-13, its abundance is around 20% f Boron-9, its abundance is around 40%
this is A

Yes it's `Boron-10, its abundance is around 20%` The other isotope Boron-11 has abundance around 80% These are the only stable isotopes of Boron. The other isotopes are unstable with very short half-lives. This page https://periodictable.com/Isotopes/005.12/index.html shows Boron-12 with a half-life of 20.2 ms and it decays into \(^{8}\text{Be}\) which is Beryllium-8 and it also decays into \(^{12}\text{C}\) which is Carbon-12. This is just one example of an unstable Boron isotope.
Which of these oxygen’s isotopes exist in nature (Their % abundance is not zero)? Select all the correct answers a oxygen-15 b oxygen-16 c oxygen-17 d oxygen-18 e oxygen-19
this is B C D
https://www.webelements.com/oxygen/isotopes.html Oxygen-16 has natural abundance around 99.757% Oxygen-17 has natural abundance around 0.038% Oxygen-18 has natural abundance around 0.205% We can see that Oxygen-16 is the most abundant isotope of the three here
Yes the three answers are B, C, D
ok thank you
