Well, since 4x+8, that whole thing, is over 2, but then multiplies by 2, it is left with ust 4x+8

wdym how when you divide somethind by a number, but then multiply it by hte same thing, it's left with just the number \[\frac{ x }{ y } (y) = x\]

dont forget the equal sign bc. the laft part is smaller or equal
