I think its true bc earthquakes do cause diasters and we can feel them but then it says that humans cant feel certain earthquakes so I'm not really sure

the statement was that earthquakes happens away from plate boundaries but faults occur at plate boundaries and earthquakes are created due to the pressure from faults so the statement it false.
